Once they said 100-90 my stomach dropped out. Part of me waited to see if maybe it was going to be for Rosinsky (since that's only two points off what my score for him was) but no. Just boxing being its shitty self.
The worse part about poor scoring is it is corruption AND incompetence. House fighter always wins, but the could have had 96-94 Edwin on all 3 cards and got the same result.
Same, I had him winning 8 rounds to 2, easy. Color commentators are clearly paid off too, this is not good enough.
This is getting out of hand now. Boxing was my favorite sport now I understand why everyone favors mma. All I can say is howwwwwww can you score such a great fight 10-0.........time after time been disappointments with this sport, I dont know how much I can take of this ****!
Thats what gets me. Lets say the put out 97-93 and 96-94 twice, noone would have said much about it. Producing 3x shutout cards is just utterly silly. If you are going to be corrupt, at least be semi subtle about it.
Farhood was disappointing. I think he was afraid of lodging his own foot in his mouth, as he made no real secret in the build-up of the fact that he was favoring Rodriguez to win. I didn't make a secret of my own such predictive thoughts either, but at least it was too low for me to stoop to act like Rodriguez had it in the bag when he was getting surprisingly outboxed and forced to fight backing up out of his comfort zone for a very large middle portion of the match. I don't think Farhood ever even had him behind, once.
My two cents, I had it 6-4 for Rosinsky. There were about 4 rounds that legitimately could have gone either way and I think I split them. That being said, a judge who swung those all for Rodriguez could have it 6-4 for him, and I would be ok with that. Even a 7-3 I might let slide. But nobody can tell me Rosinsky didn't clearly win 3 of the middle rounds.
