    Sore loser or genuine excuse?

I really admired his determined fighting in beating skelton but no way was he up in the sexton rematch.

Because of his prior great battles I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. Look forward to his return.

I was asking myself the same question as I read that. The injury was obviously serious but I think at some point you have to accept that you lost, one way or another, and he doesn't seem to.

    Would Sexton accept a third?

I do like the guy regardless though. . .

Sore loser, read the title and couldn't be arsed reading the rest of it properly.

Who gives a **** whether he could fill a chippy ? He beat you twice.

Who gives a **** if you didn't have enough time to recover? You're a grown man and should be able to make a judgement yourself.

Rogan argues: “Sam Sexton has to be very realistic about the fact that he has never beat me – no matter what – he has never beat me.”

    :rofl What a ****ing clown.

And in relation to the first fight, Rogan laments:.............

It doesn't ****ing matter what he 'laments' the fact is he should have finished him but didn't end of ! He had the chance to avenge his defeat and couldn't, now it's the inevitable round of excuses..... "He never really beat ME in there".... "I couldn't spar" blah blah blah blah.

Sexton moves up, Rogan takes what he can - Thats the way of the sport

I think Rogan showed himself up to be an utter **** in the build up to the Sexton fights. That **** about accusing Sexton of deliberately going to Loyalist areas for pictures when he was actually visiting a gym was shameful. It seems like his dickhead attitude has continued since the fight. **** Martin 'Yer better believe it' Rogan.

No and you know what I used to really like Rogan, but his whinging like 'post Sexton 1' put me off him a little bit.

Then all the rubbish about Sexton inciting religious provocation made me really dislike him.

I'm sick of him now, and no doubt this will result in another argument with SlapBangWallop who daren't see me criticize his hero without some form or Cyber-retrobution

Seriously, chill out. Rogan was the one telling an abusive crowd to shut it when they were harassing Sexton after the second fight.

Rogan's just hoping for a rematch - he feels he was let down due to an injury. Is he coming over as a bit of a ****? Yes.

:-( :patsch He's going a long way to losing his good name and image. Sometime you just gotta let things go. Sexton did what he had to do now let the lad go on with his career. He went into his backyard twice and did a job in the second fight

To be fair mate that was the best heavyweight fight i have seen in a long time two of them going for it without a break for that long.

I sort of left the Rogan ban camp after his remarks about Breen but if this guys hunger is back and he wan't to fight sexton then why not. It's not as if Sexton has a lot riding on a fight which would make him money anytime soon. Good interview from gasman btw keep them coming.

It was good fight but he's blowing it way out of proportion. If he said fight of the year or best heavyweight in last decade i could handle that.
