Arreola would be a better choice than Rogan IMO.

It's that kind of attitude which makes boxing so boring at times.
If Rogan fought Wlad I can guarantee one thing win or lose, it would be 100 times more exciting than any other heavyweight contest in recent years.

But it wouldn't though. It would be a complete waste of a promotion, a waste of time.

I've got all the respect in the world for what Rogan has done coming from nowhere, guy has all the heart in the world but its two completely different levels.

You saw what happened against Sam Sexton.

    No, it wouldn't.

It would be a minute of Rogan walking into punches and hitting the floor.

Nah, if you think Haye would last longer than Rogan, you're wrong.
Rogan has never been down and despite taking all Sexton had to offer was still coming on strong, Haye on the other hand has a suspect chin, Some of the guys on this forum were saying that it was a possibilty that Haye might go down from the first decent punch Wlad landed, and these were Haye fans!

Rogan might well last longer than Haye against Wlad but that doesn't mean he'd be more competitve. Rogan would just plod foward as long as his chin held out before getting stopped, like Danny Williams did vs. Vitali. That doesn't make it a interesting/ competive fight.

You're right, on paper Haye looks like the more competitive and probably would be but as far as who would take the fight to Wlad more, Rogan is the man.

Haye has good power so could quite easily win if he landed on Klit but I just think he would be too cautious, talking is one thing but coming face to face with Wlad in the ring is quite another.

    Just my opinion though.

Take the fight to Wlad = getting KO'd quicker when you do it like Rogan does. He's pretty slow at that level, Wlad would see him a mile away and blast him straight down the pipe. I'd be shocked if it went past 2 rounds.

Haye might get KO'd in 2 rounds also, but at least the power, accuracy and speed is there that suggests he MIGHT be a chance.

Vitali or Vlad would knock Rogan out.

I'd watch a Rogan - Klit matchup, but only out of morbid fascination.

But that works both ways, Wlad could go down with the first bomb that Haye throws, thats what makes the fight so compelling.

Rogan does not have the movement, inventiveness or power to get inside and really hurt Wlad. Don't get me wrong, I would be cheering the bloke to the rafters because a/ I can't stand the Klits and b/ I love a tryer, but Rogan could and probably would be badly hurt and embarrassed.
