First Floyd sr calling Freddie Roach a joke of a coach then Roger saying Hatton is too big for Pac and if he does'nt he should throw his gloves in the trash can. Talk about putting your foot in your mouth. Both of them have no class at all. If its promoting thats one thing but I actually thought they meant it.
It's hard to say whether Roach or Mayweather Sr are truly great coaches. I guess you've got to have the right fighters to gel with your training style. I'm not sure Roach is that great but he's done a phenomenal job with Pacquiao. And same for Mayweather Sr and PBF.
floyd sr didn't meen to offend freddie, in the overtime show when freddie tells him that he is hurt by what sr says about him he begins to regret it. floyd sr has alot of respect for freddie, its just promoting the fight. you hatton fans are just looking for someone to blame, last time you blamed his trainer and the ref. now its just the trainer, hatton lost because of hatton. floyd sr created a game plan for ricky to follow the guy couldn't do it for 1 round. floyd sr told ricky what to do, he can't do it for him.
The thing Roger said about Hatton was dumb. They're supposed to be on the same page and now Floyd Sr looks bad. I would be pissed at Roger if I was Floyd Sr
Hatton is an ill-disciplined, one-dimensional fighter, yes. But there was no evidence of any game plan.
sr told him to not be overly aggressive, move your head, use feints and see how he reacts. but ricky hatton chooses to hold his hands low and walks in a straight line to pacquiao.
Im not a Hatton fan I just think both the mayweather brothers have no class and(besides training PBF to be what he today)are bad trainers
That's like Old Mother Hubbard telling a rabid Pit Bull to sit while she goes to her cubbard to get him a bone. Mayweather Sr. could never teach Hatton to fight in his style. That only happens in Rocky III.
Had Hatton won i cant even imagine the amount of **** that would come out of SR´s mouth the guy doesnt have any class. but he lost and he didnt even have the guts to show up for the press conference shows you what kind of person he is.
