For those unable to watch, here's what went down:

Girl has back turned and big burly black guy comes up behind her and lays her out. Among the most cowardly thing someone can do, imo. Roger Huerta insta-jumps in on that ****...square's off against a-hole, bad camera work, and in the end we see a stomp and ass hat layed the **** out!

A mother-****ing PLUS Mr. Huerta. Hurrah to you, sir!

    Hell yes.

The difference between "tough guy" and "world class profesional fighter" is just as big or bigger than "played JV football" and Tom Brady. The difference being the fighter can kill you.

The biggest, baddest dude on the block is going down to any pro fighter, and going down badly.

Huerta could easily go to jail for this and not because its a petty misdemeanour. In the eyes of the law because he's a trained fighter he's hands feet etc are deemed dangerous weapons. He could easily loose his license to fight and may never grace a ring/cage again. Shame as iv always like Huerta. He's a free spirit and does what he pleases. Looks like his acting career just resurfaced again... Good job he's not in the UFC at the mo.

As for the dude that KO'ed the chick typical meathead looser.

Any idea why he's not in?

Always looked foward to his fights.

He left to pursue a career in acting. He's signed to Bellator at the moment. And i still think he's trying his hand at acting.

The "fighters being weapons" thing is not always true, I really don't know in Texas.

I hope, and I believe, he will be fine. You are allowed to use weapons, and certainly body parts, to protect somebody you believe to be in imminent danger, which he clearly thought was the case, or could at least argue.

Also the guy stomping the head wasn't him, the stomper has a shirt and different shoes on.

It is funny that he took off his shirt, must have seen the cameras around, wanted to look good.

Not in the UK its not. I know the law varies from one US state to the next but over here you can loose your license and end up serving time. Garry Delaney a fighter i use to train with at the Peacocks is doing life at the moment for killing a clubber outside the venue. He got life because he's fists are regarded as dangerous weapons because he's a boxer. (Never mind the fact that Delaney is a nasty piece of work..)

The law regarding justifiable use of force is much more favorable in the states, I imagine Texas probably more so.

Well i hope Heurta keeps his license. Ironically the fact he's not in the UFC at the mo may be favourable for him as the case my get less press.
