I won't claim to know everything about boxing, but I do know this. If a fighter is making ridiculous demands before the names are inked on the contract, they want no part of that particular opponent. Trying to save face by making such demands is nothing more than a smoke screen to hide that yellow streak.


If has been apparent from day one that Fraud has no heart to fight Pacquaio and needs to have his dysfunctional family and himself step away from the mike.

Like Joe Goossen said in an interview I saw a while back on U-tube. Not verbatim, but here's the gist==== "Pacquaio doesn't need Floyd and his ridiculous demands of drug testing and allegations of using PED's are unfounded and unjustified." He went on to say that Pac has passed all testing demanded of him after fights with no problems. He continued by saying he knew of many fighters that grew in stature and ability as their careers advanced and Pac was one of those individuals.

Top Rank's CEO Bob Arum, disputes a recently published report, where Manny Pacquiao's adviser, Michael Koncz, was quoted as saying that Floyd Mayweather Jr. had reached out to discuss the possibility of a fall contest with Pacquiao, and the negotiations were "positive so far." According to Arum, all of the Mayweather-Pacquiao rumors are being circulated by Jeff Mayweather, Floyd's uncle.

"That's total nonsense. Total nonsense. I don't know why he would say it. But it's total nonsense. The whole South African thing. And it's not Floyd. It's Jeff Mayweather, who has nothing to do with Floyd," Arum told ***********.com.

Asked if negotiations had been re-opened, as Koncz had allegedly stated to ABS-CBN News, Arum said the following:

"I already know what it says. But that's totally bulls**t. There are no negotiations. That's nonsense. I don't know what he's talking about. There's no negotiations. There is the South African thing that I referred to. We got a contact from South Africa, and apparently Jeff Mayweather got one. But there's nothing from Floyd and there's just nothing to it."
