LMAO keep using OSDT as an issue. Next thing you know, you'll be preaching that Floyd asking for a member of their team to watch pacquiao eat sleep train and **** is rational and accuse Pac of ducking Floyd because he denied it. Remember this is Sr. saying this on Radio. I think it was Boxing girl's show or some **** like that.

Roger has encyclopedic boxing knowledge. His recollection of boxing history is impressive. But, as soon as the conversation turns to Pacquiao, he shows his ignorance.

That being said, I doubt that he is, completely, wrong about why this fight has not occurred. On one hand, Pac has never agreed, contractually, to a testing regimen, where he is not assured that he will have a non-testing window of his choice (on the blood testing), prior to the fight. Roger is right about that. On the other hand, Floyd has made an enormous payday, and subsequently lost interest in even negotiating the matter, at this point...or fighting at all, it seems. Roger failed to acknowledge this.

If neither fighter will budge on this issue, this fight probably won't happen until one of them absolutely NEEDS it. And the problem with that is...neither really ever will. They are both, basically, GUARANTEED paydays of upwards of $15 million, until they hang up the gloves or lose...no matter whom they fight.

What's to negotiate. He was clear last May that if no random tests, then no fight. It's not like Arum is eager to negotiate with Floyd either. You see how quickly he gets Pac other in-house opponents. Arum is making plenty money with those, so they don't need Floyd and his demands.

True! what's there to negotiate? If the other party refused the initial 14-day cut off, why not make it no cut-off at all. That's good negotiating on part of Floydie.

Yes...he was clear. I agree. However, it can be argued that if his primary goal was to make THIS fight, which IMO was indisputable in Dec/Jan, he would've been more actively engaged in negotiating the matter, in May/Jun.

I think the Mosley fight was so successful for Floyd, that he felt there was no need to go back and forth with Manny (and Arum) over this issue again, for now. Had Floyd not had that fight, or anything comparable, we probably would've seen a much more determined Floyd, at the negotiating table, in May/Jun.

I don't think it has anything to do with fear or anything like that...it's more about Floyd being able get exactly what he is asking for, in terms of demands, from others, as well as impressive purses. While, Manny can do the same. Neither fighter really NEEDS the other, at this point...not financially, at least.

And I agree...Arum's agenda is very clear.
