It's irrelevant where the idea came from, what matters is that Manny declines the tests, hence holding up the fight.

 

Both of em should commit to making this fight first fight 2012, come out and say yes i want that fight and start negotiating for it, no excuses, no fudges for either camp and hopefully floyd doesnt go missing for over a year, if that happens again the fight will never get done, pac knows he has to agree to full testing as well. Full testing does not automatically mean blood testing very close to the fight and even if it does, pac should bite the bullet on this one

 

If Pac's camp agreed to the test, all this would be moot. Now you can argue by saying if Floyd didn't ask for the test in the first place this would all be moot as well. But, fact is, asking for additional testing is not unheard of, and should be implemented regardless. Extrea testing is never a bad thing. IF for some reason it came out after the fight that Pac was on PED's and Floyd's camp didn't ask for testing, you idiots would be saying, why didn't he ask for extra testing? Because at that point it would be obvious that it would have been a wise decision. Hindsight is beautiful, but because we don't have crystal balls, we take preemptive action. Is Pac on PED's prolly not, did Floyd use it as leverage and mindgames prolly, but it doesn't mean he's wrong in asking for it. This would be one of the biggest fights of all time, why not set a precedent for a clean sport on that grand a stage.

 

Floyd didn't just ask for testing, him and his camp have been blasting Pacquiao for over 2 years stop acting like Floyd is a saint that just wants more testing.

Floyd has been intentionally trying to **** off Team Pacquiao with his racist slurs and his claims that Pacquiao is on power pellets because he doesn't want the fight.

You don't try and defame someone's career and make fun of them if you want them to give into your demands. Floyd's too smart for you, he's got all of you on his fishing bait.

 

well there is no problem in asking for extra testing. floyd should even went to the commissions to request a change if he is really intent to clean out the sport. but to request the extra testing on the premise of a PED's allegation from him and his camp is not actually negotiating in good faith.

Why would the onus be solely on Pac? Why can't we also blame May for demanding tests in the first place, which also holds up the fight considering he won't agree to a fight otherwise? Just sayin'...

 

Thing is, Floyd announced that he was taking a break right after the Mosley fight. I'm not even sure if he was even available for a contract renegotiation which would allow Pac's side the opportunity to formally agree to all testing demands.
