I see. The the lawsuit is now an issue. Let's see the link where you read this at. I wanna see where Mayweather or Pacquiao are quoted to saying that this fight can't happen because of an ongoing lawsuit that must be settled first between the two. Defamation lawsuits can take years to close. Look up how long SSM lawsuit against Conte lasted until he finally dropped it.

I haven't heard one member of Floyd's or Pac's crew saying that the court case needs to be settled before they meet in the ring. Now please stop making **** up and stop piggy backing someone else's theory Lance. It doesn't suit you. Its like you can't come up with your own conclusions.

:patsch Jesus christs....believe whatever the **** you want. If you don't think this lawsuit has any bearings on the fight, good for you. And I never said the suit had to be settled, said it's going to slow it down.

Who gives a damn about whether it slows it down or speeds it up. It isn't the reason this fight won't happen. I was commenting on Doby's backward ass theory that this fight WON'T happen because of the lawsuit. Your the genius who decided to chime in before you even understood the point I was making. Of course it could effect the negotiation but the pending lawsuit in no way, shape, or form will effect the outcome on whether this fight happens or not.

Other fighters such as Pwill, Mike Jones and others would take the test no problem. A boxer is tested for a lot of stuff anyway including diseases so what's the problem OSDT. Floyd and Pacman will take the test on the same days. No favoritism here.

don't mind him. He just likes to argue. He'll argue with you about something he supports or about facts just for the hell of it. Sometimes it doesn't matter what you say, he'll just come and jump on you

The testing that Floyd wants may not be full OSDT, but it is a step in the right direction. Instead of agreeing and setting a foundation to improve upon, all we get are lies and reasons why it can't be done...and people can sit here and defend it and give millions of reasons why Pac shouldn't be drug tested and it's absurd...nobody is accusing Manny of being dirty but it was/is an opportunity to step up to the plate.

No matter how self motivated his (Floyd) actions are regarding the drug testing, there is no doubt that it is a positive thing for the sport. And if the situation were reversed I would be just as critical of Floyd for not wanting to test.

You gave two different reasons when I asked two separate times.. One was Floyd making the request, the other was Pac already takes tests and passed each one.. So how is that saying the same thing over and over? :huh

So it's not the easiest route BECAUSE Pac won't just give in to Floyd? If that's not the reason, please elaborate... :think

My reason for thinking petitioning NSAC would be a waste is based off Team Pac stating they had no issues with the extra testing, only to have us still talking about it years later because they've still not agreed. Now what's your reason for thinking Floyd could EASILY petition the NSAC for this fight alone to demand Pac take the tests? And what's your reason for thinking that Pac would then agree? What solid evidence is this based off of? :huh

yall act like a bunch of old ladies watching the view or some ****. Nobody care about how these fools look outside the ring. They are not running for a political position. Now pac on the other hand talks like a ****ing **** and he is a politician.

You should only be concerned about how floyd look inside the ring. And when he is in there, he whoops ass.

:thumbsup And every other person on here besides die hard Floyd fans would do the exact same. It's sad how many people are not only accepting the fact that probably the most recognizable face of boxing refuses to do extra testing to prove to the world the **** he's done to break records is from his natural talent, but they are actually making excuses as to why he shouldn't have to take the tests. Love and Hate are powerful emotions. Didn't think they ran through the veins of men in regards to other men this much though.....
