    he was charged in aug 2009

    trial set for jan august 2010 originally

    then postponed to oct 25th 2010

    once again postponed until jan 24, 2011

    personally i would rather get it out of the way...

    charged with felony assault , hes looking at 3-10 years.... probably get 3 or 4 and be out in 18 months............. only in america

    any guess or reason why it was postponed again for the 2nd time?
    are they timing in with the arraignment of floyd 2 weeks from now?
    looks puzzling to me...
