I find this very intriguing in terms of the mind sets of all the mayweathers.

Roger was more offensive than Floyd snr and Floyd jnr the only problem is he did not have the chin to fight blow for blow he has a glass chin as do the other mayweather's , this is were the other mayweathers in my opinion have out smarted roger( even tho Floyd snr accomplished less than roger) they know by placing more importance in defence that will solve a lot of issues regarding there chins.

Do you think roger should of been as defensive minded as his brother and nephew?

Just as a side not in no way am I saying roger is a offensive compared every one else what I am saying is he out of all the mayweathers has more fight in him.

The one thing that bothers me is that Floyd never tried to get revenge against Kostya Tszyu for beating Roger quite easily. Family honour, and all that.

I mean why go through the motions of fighting Mitchell and Judah after KT, why not just fight the Aussie / Russian in the first place?

Did he really need to go Corley, Bruseles, Gatti, Mitchell, instead?

Mayweather called out Tszyu after both the Chavez and Ndou fights. Kostya never replied. Back in those days Mayweather was high risk and low reward.

Floyd was actually quite an offensive beast in his earlier years, watch some of his fights at 130
