This guy claims he knows boxing more than most, so hopefully he is right. He best be a man afterwards and stay true to his words and not discredit Pac should he win impressively.

These are Roger's thoughts on the potential of Floyd-Ortiz to sell more PPVs than Floyd-Mosley, and the significance of the fight in regards to a possible Pac-Mayweather bout:

By the sounds of that, the Ortiz fight may well have been chosen as a leadup and prep for the Pac fight. Of course it could also mean they chose it knowing fans would think this would be the case and are exploiting that to get as they can out of the Ortiz fight. True intentions will be clearer after the fight. Floyd better not **** off for another vacation.

I don't know about that, seems to me majority of fans, hardcore fans atleast, are writing this off as a sure win for Pac, based on how Marquez looked against Floyd.

It's hard to say how Pac-JMM will go. It could be a classic or a beatdown... One thing for sure is you shouldn't expect Pac to get any credit either way, it's pretty much a no-win situation

whats your prediction. i cant see Marquez getting past eight. I think Mannys going to **** him. two things Marquez getting older and Pac being a better fighter than he was previously.

Wow is this really Roger saying this? He sound so ..mellow.... it's probably because of the anger management class that he's been going to when they gave us a glimpse of it on 24/7.

I think the Quizno's he has before the anger management classes is more therapeutic.

Roger knows boxing, but I think he's wrong. And it's not implausible that he can be wrong either. Didn't he pick Cotto over Pac?

honestly I don't know. I think PAc wins though. But i don't know how the fight will play out. Odds are Pac lands something big sometime within the first 6 rounds and JMM doesn't recover fully. But if JMM can really **** Pac's rhythm and hurt him early then who knows

Agreed. I remember when Cooper put that Clay in MAJOR trouble and then he said he was gonna whoop Liston! :patsch:rofl Yeah, right, Cassius! If Cooper almost knocks you out, Liston will ****ing destroy you! :fire He never even fought him, as I recall. Some Muslim kid got him later.

"When is Floyd gonna fight Pac there gonna see", when Pac declines to a level Floyd no longer considers a threat we all know that, anyhow I dont think the fight will be a classic JMM is a great great fighter but anything above Lightweight ..despite being one of the best counter-puncher's ever and a fluid intelligent combination puncher - above lightweight he will look sluggish and lethargic again and lose badly he probably will get knocked out ..it's sad to say but it's true JMM doesn't move up in weight like Pac and he was never known for his speed which is generally associated with the fighters that move up in weight successfully.
