How is this even a real question?

Roger was smaller than Floyd Sr by a bit, but STILL had WAY more power than him. Floyd Sr fancied himself to be a great defensive fighter, and for a C+ level fighter, he had pretty good defense. But Roger was a genuine GOOD fighter. Not a great fighter like his nephew, but he was a legit champion, with a great right hand, and knockout power. He even knocked people out as an amateur, a LITTLE amateur, like 112 lbs or something like that!

Maybe now Floyd Sr could kick his ass, but not 'prime for prime'

Uh sorry no, Floyd was a VERY LIGHT puncher natural. He scored very few knockouts even against completely terrible opposition. His chin was kind of questionable too. So was Roger's, but Roger was a much stronger puncher than Floyd.

Also, though he was a small one, Roger DID fight as heavy as Floyd Sr did. I think he could take him!

Roger would have taken Floydds head off with his righthand. And lets no forget Roger's whip like jab that would have set up the righthand.Roger tko in 6/7 rounds.

I don't know, but I get the impression that Sr not only beat Jr's ass when he was young but also beat the crap out of his kid brother as well. He was obviously the guy that taught them how to fight. Sr apparently had some health issues that prevented him from reaching his full potential as a pro. Right now, I'd have to give it to Roger.
