    Who knows.

    When you can pinpoint a time when a guy clearly started juicing you normally notice the vast improvement they make.

    Look at Floyd. The last time he was PED free he was getting his ears boxed off by a Bulgarian plumber, then he goes onto knock out The Big Show at Wrestlemania 24.
