    + he is a total s hite of a boxer paying for his opponent to take a dive

    I just can't understand a culture where that performance is not an embarrassment, but in stead enhances his stature in society.

    That's not implants, that is syntol and it's utterly ridiculous and incredibly dangerous for that fighter. You'd have to be a complete idiot to inject synthol into your muscles in n a combat sport.
