    Today's cruiserweights would be too much for LaStarza and Layne, let alone the heavies. Parker KOs him.

    If you take a pool of only 100 larger fighters (HWs & CWs) from the past there are 4,950 possible paired match up (combinations).
    FOUR THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND FIFTY !
    Many years ago I'd see some of these and most were intriguing - now a days most are NOT.

    To answer the question, and I shouldn't, Parker destroys La Starza easily. A top modern HW vs. a 1950s CW "HW" :shakehead:

    What is the Classic Forum without hypothetical matchups? If you find them absurd and a waste of time,just don't post on them, it's pretty simple really,it's not compulsory!
