Loma would have absolutely clowned Kambosos and made him look like the average fighter that he is. And lmao at pebble shaped head.
For sure. Kambosos isn't a big lightweight like all these other ones Loma's fought. I remember keeping an eye on him, watching interviews and training footage, all throughout the lead up to the Teofimo fight, during fight week, and the weigh in, because I know Teofimo is massive for the weight, but he always looks the same. Looks like he walks around at fighting weight and doesn't rehydrate much at all. Never seen a single bit of footage where he looks noticeably heavier or lighter and he's always very lean.
Rolly did a lot better than I thought, he’s wild, but got good power and that’s why it took Tank longer to figure him out. Rounds was close but I thought it was clear that Tank was a head and only a matter of time before he got a chance to close the show.
https://www.*******.com/gervonta-davis-vs-rolando-romero-compubox-punch-stats--166582 These numbers. No one should ever complain about Mayweather having low workrate. Anyway, based on the numbers, you could pretty easily make a case for either guy being ahead up until the time of the stoppage. Davis did outland Romero in two rounds though (both of which I scored to him) and was dead even in a couple more. Kind of wish even rounds were encouraged more often since this was the kind of fight where they would be completely justified.
I'd rather see Rolly than Tank again Boxing is entertainment Rolly entertained me I want to see him chat funny sh*t again
Rolly threw thirty-nine jabs over six rounds. That's an average of 6.5 jabs a round which breaks down to 2 jabs a minute. That is not "spamming jabs the whole fight" especially since 15 of those 39 came in the first round and 15 jabs isn't even "spamming jabs the whole fight" Rolly threw more power punches than jabs. You could have said "he was spamming power punches" and the chart, that you yourself posted, would have backed you up instead of showing your ignorance. Your points get less valid everytime you try to explain and I'm worried about you bud. Did you know that there are fighters who throw thirty jabs a round or more?
LOL, 22 landed punches in 5 rounds is less than 5 landed per round. Not bad defensively. Add to that, Tank isn't a high volume puncher, you get the close punch count. Tank was patient and knew Rolly would give it up sooner or later. Rolly fought much better than past fights. Good thing, if he fought per usual he would have been slept sooner. Tank did what he set out to do........knock Rolly out! He wasn't trying to out point anyone that night.
Tank fans are going into extreme denial with every fight he has. Tank was getting outboxed by much smaller Santa Cruz before he carelessly placed his chin kindly in front of Tanks uppercut (he threw 3 consecutive right hands ffs). He got embarassed and lost to smaller Pitbull Cruz. Now he's just got clowned and outboxed by a guy Tank called a dumbass fighter and all Tanks fanboys before the fight were claiming Rolly had no technique. No Tank wasn't setting anything up, he was actively loosely rounds and Rolly got clipped making a ****ing rookie clown mistake
So much stupid BS being spouted on this thread. Tank knocked the mother****er out full stop. That is the bottom line everything else is irrelevant. Any of the top guys Tank hits properly they are going to go.
Ok I was wrong. I saw the fight and it looked like Rolly was more active but most of his shots were hitting the glove or missing. I would've counted his power punches as stiff jabs but its just semantics. Whatever, I dont really care anymore. Have a great day.
As wildly overrated as Twink is and as garbage a resume as he has, he's definitely the more skilled better boxer than Rolly who is nothing but a crude club fighter and a very raw and green one at that. So in a straight skill vs skill contest Twink is for sure the better man of the two. But fact is as soon as he tasted that club fighter power his face turned into a mask of fear and he morphed into the running man. And everytime Rolly managed to track him down and get into range that mask of fear turned into a mask of sheer terror and Twink immediately grabbed ahold of him and held on for dear life. He was terrified of getting involved in a good old fashioned honest exchange even for a brief second just like he was against oompa loomp baby kangaroo reach Cruz. You'll find yourself on the receiving end of, bare minimum, a very bad beating if you put on a public display of fear and lack of bravery like that round my hood or over in Cruz's. That's back-to-back fights now where he's run and held like an octopus and if Rolly had a baby kangaroo reach like oompa loomp Cruz best believe he would've been stiff-arming the hell out of him all night to keep him at bay too. That fear was also on full display during his post-fight interview for the Cruz fight when he immediately ruled out rematching the oompa loomp who just beat him, a fight that even two of the corrupt as sin PBC home judges only scored for him by a round. You know, the kind of judges who didn't give Korobov a single round against Jermallo
