    Round 1 Castro 10-9
    Round 2 Madera 10-8

Madera coming forward, throwing one twos. Marc jabbing, they exchange, Madera lands a heavy left hook, down goes Castro. He gets back up. Madera going all out, landing uppercuts and one twos galore. Castro holds. He recovers a bit. Castro starts letting them fly, eats another nasty left hook, he takes this one better. castro lands hard right, Madera walks through it.

Castro needs to move from head-to-body and body-to-head. He's throws combos either exclusively to the head, or exclusively to the body. He needs to mix it up because he's too predictable and he'll get timed.

    Round 1 Castro 10-9
    Round 2 Madera 10-8
    Round 3 Castro 10-9

Madera still stalking, eats a 6 punch combo, barely blinks. Castro now just focusing on counters and he's getting plenty of opportunities. Marc peppering him with jabs and one twos. madera goes to the body, eats a nasty left hook up top. Combos from Castro, body work from Madera. Much better round for Castro.

    Round 1 Castro 10-9
    Round 2 Madera 10-8
    Round 3 Castro 10-9
    Round 4 Castro 10-9

Madera lands a combo early. Castro just jabbing now. Both seem a little gassed. Castro lands a vicious one two, Madera looked stunned, he followed up with a series of them. The one twos are getting increasingly nasty. Madera is starting to take a beating. Every time Madera throws a shot, Castro counters over the top with rights.

    Round 1 Castro 10-9
    Round 2 Madera 10-8
    Round 3 Castro 10-9
    Round 4 Castro 10-9
    Round 5 Castro 10-9

First time Castro has seen the 5th. Madera still pressing forward, the pop has left his shots, Castro is using him for target practice now. Madera throws, teh shots are short, Castro lands a jab and a clubbing overhand right, rinse and repeat. Madera's right side of his forehead is beginning to swell. Madera is tough as ****.

Combined with Madera going all out for the KO after the knockdown, and wearing himself out a bit.

    Round 1 Castro 10-9
    Round 2 Madera 10-8
    Round 3 Castro 10-9
    Round 4 Castro 10-9
    Round 5 Castro 10-9

Castro sees the 6th for the first time in his career.:sisi1 Castro giving him far more lateral movement. closing him with overhand rights. Madera landing a little more, but Castro taking the play away and landing more. Castro staying at range, landing one twos, then moving and doing the same. Several thudding straight rights bouncing off the skull of Madera. They trade shots late.

    58-55 Castro

Took a couple of rounds to get going but Castro looked good thereafter. Nice, fast hands; good timing; very accurate, and; excellent footwork to help him move in-and-out of range with sufficient ease. A tidy fighter.
