My money would be on Gonzalez again by decision. But it's not going to happen. Roman wants a million dollars for the Cuadras rematch, the Estrada rematch, or the Inoue fight and HBO are being very stingy. That's why he's fighting Wisaksil Wangek on the Golovkin undercard. It's still a good fight since Wangek is ranked #8 at super flyweight by boxrec #4 by Ring, but Roman is probably only making 3 or 4 hundred k. Yeah, Wangek has 4 losses and a draw on his ledger but 3 of those losses and the draw came in his first 5 fights and the only guy he's lost to in his last 40 fights is Cuadras. This is a good fight for Roman, but until HBO opens up their wallets, we might never see the Cuadras rematch.

Cuadras won the first one and got robbed, the rematch he'll dominate and stop Roman in 10.

Cuadras is the mandatory. So either Gonzales drops the belt or takes the rematch.
I wonder if HBO would drop Gonzales if he kept turning down fights.

That's bizarre. Why is he still listed as the mandatory when Gonzalez just fought him? Anyway, Roman is fighting the WBC #2 ranked guy so that should keep them happy.

Assuming Roman even gives Cuadras the rematch, I'd say Cuadras. He was too big and too skilled for Roman the first time out and had his face looking worst than ever, but i think Roman will come better prepared next time, though I still don't think it will be enough. Cuadras by UD

    Gonzalez.

It's not possible to score the first fight for Cuadras and I imagine this rematch will be an even clearer victory for Roman.

And that's coming from a huge Cuadras fan.

The Srisaket fight will give us an idea of how Gonzalez has adjusted to the weight. My hunch is that with a couple of fights at 115lb under his belt, Gonzalez will be able to perform better and secures another competitive but clear decision over Cuadras.
