Gaining lots of weight between fights in not a good idea. He did not look good in his last fight, need to see a rematch............

It was his debut at the weight and Cuadras is an excellent fighter, not sure why people held González to a standard of 'domination or bust'...

I think he may have already hit his ceiling. While the Cuadras fight was a tough fight at a new weight his demeanor changed in that fight. He displayed enough heart to finish the fight but as a fighter he seems to be running out of steam. Couple that with his weight gain his heart may not be in boxing like it was before. Maybe he is looking for more money so he can have enough to retire. I am a Gonzales fan but I would favor Cuadras in the rematch but of course root for Gonzales. Cuadras looked fresh at the end of the fight and if he had poured it on after he had Gonzales hurt he may have been able to walk away with a win. I think he knows it too. IMO Gonzales should take a lighter touch in his next fight to better settle at the weight and then maybe fight Estrada again. I think its a very winnable fight and then he can try his luck with the Monster afterwards or after another light touch. In that time they can showcase the Monster alongside Gonzales and build up the fight. Maybe even have the Monster fight Cuadras for a shot at Gonzales. If they aren't going to pay him more money he should milk his status fighting a big fight every other fight or every 2 to pocket more cash instead of taking on hard fight after hard fight that **** will wear you down.

Cuadras matches up far more poorly with Inoue than he did with González, IMO.

I think Cuadras could do it. The Monsters hands keep breaking down he might have to start slapping people in line.:gayfight:

Surprised for all the haters (still mind boggling that someone like González even has any haters) and naysayers there are no votes for option 3.
