Fegatilli is smothering Jacob, pestering him in the trenches, sprinkling leather all over him. They are going to war but neither has any snap left in their punches (and neither had much to begin with :!. Jacob is looking a bit verklempt, looking at Fegatilli as though to say "just gas already and be easy to coast & outbox, wtf!". Fegatilli is doing Jacob no favors, willingly eating the double jabs with which Jacob is brushing his teeth and lashing at him with overhand rights.

Fegatilli is flipping body shots up into Jacob's ribs from either side, dipping in both directions to add torque. Jacob is jabbing and sliding his feet outside. Awkward clinch, Fegatilli's right forearm rammed up horizontally against Jacob's face, bending his neck back until the ref intervenes. Jacob is jabbing and stepping left. Fegatilli catches him with a hard left dig downstairs and then pops him in the face with a right hand while leaping aside. Jacob's reactions and reflexes are slowing considerably. Wild body flurry exchange in mid-ring before the bell. Fegatilli raises his arms triumphantly while Jacob's body language is deflated as he makes his way back to the comfort of his stool.

Fegatilli is ducking through Jacob's 1-2s, which are increasingly untidy and off the center-line, and carving up his face with relentless left hooks. Fegatilli is looping in the right hand alternating with the left hook as he dives in and rocks Jacob's head around, cuffing it on either side on the lower-rear scalp. Jacob has a big flurry in the corner before the bell, yet very little of it lands.
