has inoue expressed interest in a fight with him? naturally i think roman could move up a division seeing as he does not have much left to do there. have a few fights to test the waters and settle into the weight then make the fight happen, would be amazing to see

Not that I've seen. Inoue skipped passed Roman's division to take on Narvaez.

Be great to see though as the Japanese kids looks very special indeed.

It wasn't that close Estrada looked a better towards the end and Roman seemed vaguely gassed, I think the desire some fans want for a rematch is based on how good Estrada has looked since the Gonzalez match, as opposed to his performance in the first fight.

It was a barn burner, good to nearly great fight, and in English too. Wealth TV put it on from Texas. I think it was the undercard to Viloria vs I wanna say Marquez which was another good fight. Larry Holmes was commentating. What a card!

As for the actual Estrada vs Gonzalez fight, don't let the judges score cards fool you, it was highly competitive. Gonzalez deserved the clear decision victory but Estrada showed class and skill. Even though Gonzalez would knockout the division champion Yaegashi and become the undisputed kingpin, Estrada knocked out former p4p Viloria and Segura placing him in some people's eyes in the p4p top ten right with Gonzalez. Seriously, Estrada boxed circles around the limited but hard punching Segura.

I would definitely love to see the rematch to this fight, since it has all the makings of an epic rivalry such as Pacquiao vs Marquez or Morales vs Barrera. However, I'd also like Gonzalez to cement his record a little bit more with victories over Viloria and Segura while they are still active. Even though Estrada beat them they are still top ten, I think, in the division and would deserve a title shot more than the guy Roman destroyed last night.

Inoue is too big for Gonzalez, just like he was way too big for Narvaez. Inoue is the same size as Rigondeaux the super bantamweight champion. I think the better fight for Gonzalez is Narvaez. Narvaez is still a great fighter with 43 victories and losses only to Donaire and Inoue who are truly special talents themselves. He's older now and maybe showing some wear. Now would be the perfect time for Gonzalez to fight him, before he loses to someone else and the win doesn't look as good, or he retires.

Those are the fights I want to see next for Gonzalez: Narvaez, Viloria, Segura, and Estrada. For Inoue, I want to see a fight with fellow Japanese stars Shinsuke Yamanaka or Tomoki Kameda in the division above him, or Zolani Tete to see how Inoue deals with fighters who have advantages in height and reach.
