Wilde is the GOAT flyweight and Gonzalez would not beat Canto.

Lynch could box nicely when the occasion called for it, skating around the ring, picking counters. However, I feel the difference here would be defence. Gonzalez's forearms are like mini shields, cleverly lifted, dropped and pushed out. Benny was a bit upright so Gonzalez would aim to fight close where shorter punches rule.

Wilde is different because he was quicker and a straighter puncher than Benny.

The trouble vs the extreme lower weight of the scale is the lack of depth.

I'd side with Gonzalez here. He's too active, skilled and hits too hard.

Gonzalez may be more skilled but Benny also hit hard, was described as being as strong as an Ox and had a cast Iron jaw that was proven vs huge punchers at the weight like Peter Kane. Benny competed in a talent deep era of flyweights so there is no lack of depth in this one.
