Srisaket was coming on when the fight ended. Would have liked to see it play out.

Gonzalez should do a number on Cuadras.

Biggest fight at 115 pounds since Tapia-Romero imo.

Chocolotito holding firm to the top spot in boxing by
securing matches like these. Haven't seen Cuadras
fight but he's listed as the 2nd best at 115 behind the
prodigy Inoue who is an elite talent, so Gonzales is making
it known to the fans that all he wants are the best fights
out there. Nobody else is doing that in the sport so he's
still p4p #1. All others just run off at the mouth.

I cant believe people are whining and crying about how boxing sucks. This year has had way better match ups than last year or 2014. I'd have to look this up but I'm pretty sure that Cuadras has a decent size advantage on Roman, has faster hands and feet too.

Cuadras throws pretty combinations while fighting off the back foot. They're a bit wide, sometimes. Roman's smaller and not quite as fast, but he's got superior punching technique, accuracy and timing. So, I think Roman carries about eight of the twelve rounds rounds while throwing his pretty combinations off the front foot.

And if this plays out the way I think it does, we're looking at a serious contender for FOTY.

Playing devils advocate I will say that Cuadras makes this a hard fight for Roman and they fight to either an SD or a draw.

Roman is going to be allowed to keep his title at 112 if he gets past Cuadras at 115. The guy is impressive and Cuadras is just a road bump on his path to greatness. Albeit a very large road bump that alot of fighters might want to drive their car around but not Roman he is going straight over.
