Havent seen Joyi fight but he has a much better resume than Gonzalez. Not only that but he has 2 lopsided wins over 2 other elite fighters in the division.

    Whats your assesment on Joyi?

Yea the way he handled himself in his last two bouts impressived me alot. Garcia's body punches were bothering him a bit but for young guy like him with limited experience, Joy's performance was superb.

I heard the Pinoys call him ' The Little Pacquiao ' and i can see why. Of course he's not as explosive but i see alot of resemblance.

Gonzalez has been busy calling out Calderon and just about everyone else except for Joyi. He needs to face Joyi before thinking about Calderon.. That's what i think.

only time ive seen joyi was when he won the title. I was impressed, he controlled the entire fight against a very capable opponent.
Gonzalez hasnt been pushed on since he beat niida. I think his management have stalled a bit since the Rosas fight. Hes still only 23 but he needs to become more rounded. If he doesnt start using his right hand more hes going to get beat.
Joyi certainly seems the more complete fighter now but Garcia did bother him with body shots and chocalatito is a great body puncher.
I think its close fight but right now id probably side with Joyi. Gonzalez needs another tough test before taking a fight like this though. Unfortunately I dont see this fight happening as Gonzalez is struggling at the weight and has his eyes set on calderon. (I think both Joyi and Gonzalez beat calderon, by the way )

Calderun has been slipping and it's a matter of time before he gets caught viciously and suffers a shocking KO or a prolonged beating for 12 rounds. BUT he needs to fight a live body before that can happen... He should fight Edgar Sosa
