You don't have to call them all, as many as you like is fine. Just a broad list for general discussion and to see where people rate Gonzalez h2h. A few different styles and levels of ability. Who's the best he beats? And who if any does he stand little chance against?

I am only familiar with Kittikasem, Sasakul who is one of my all time favorite fighters and Arbakchov.... I'm sure I misspelled their names... but I think that Gonzalez has an easier time with the Thais ... with Sasakul giving him a much harder time than Munchgkai and Yuri giving him some trouble but eventually losing a decision such as 8-4... I always say this.... if Sasakul had been able to get back into major fights after his loss to Pacquiao... that he could have had a bunch of title defenses... but he seemed to be frozen out of getting any worthwhile fight

Actually Too Sharp would have been a good fight... but still see Gonzalez still winning

I think at his very best he's one of the best ever to have boxed at flyweight. The thing was he made box-movers and aggressive fighters of either type look desperately lost. Yaegashi tried to sort of move and fight him in spurts and all that happened was Gonzalez did what he always did versus guys who move and what he always did versus guys that punch in the same fight. It was pretty terrible, that beating.

Anyway, there are loads of fun fights on that list but yeah you fell in to the trap of too much madness, nobody is touching that lot  He would do very well against anyone approaching orthodox and he would outlast Park; **** knows what would happen with him and Wolgast. I guess maybe I'd pick Wolgast to bank enough rounds. Zapata, Lopez, Lynch, Avelar, those guys are getting absolutely no change out of him. I'll pick him to beat Canto and Harada too, there you go.

Not really much I can say when people can watch these instead. Legendary skills, and he's still active!

I'm afraid my knowledge of these guys isn't what I'd like it to be. So I've just picked a select few, I'll try to be as thorough as I can tho. All over 15.
Great offensive clash here, I like Harada based on being quicker. He would be able to land more on Gonzalez than visa versa imo, Harada has a much better left imo and would be going all over Gonzalez's ribs and face with it. Given that Gonzalez showed a very good chin throughout his career I think he makes the distance and with his face looking rather uncomfortable. His own blend of brilliant offense imo would set him to give a great account of himself and win rounds over the course of 15. Just not enough.

    Harada UD15
P.S I'm also not very well informed on Harada, what's his best performance at Fly?
Even better scrap, personally I think that Gonzalez would beat Chang. I think that he was the better fighter and bigger too, he'd be able to pressure Chang endlessly without being overpowered. Imo he'd beat Chang into a stoppage with a lenient referee or a UD.

    Gonzalez UD15
Gonzalez is all wrong for Canto imo, he has nothing to keep Roman off him and can't run all night and win. Imo Gonzalez's pressure and constant offense would take a UD, even if Canto wasn't hurt.

    Gonzalez UD15

Gonzalez is seriously bad for Wolgast but Wolgast was a speed demon of the highest order, and you know what they say about speed.
I think Gonzalez manages to put enough pressure on Wolgast to take a SD, despite being made to look bad. Although I'm reaching and haven't seen all that much of Midget.
Gonzalez stops him in my opinion. He out works Ricardo to take a decision. He may be hurt along the way, Lopez could bang and threw every punch brilliantly. He was a good counterpuncher and with Gonzalez coming straight at him he'd have opportunities. Unfortunately I have a feeling once Roman gets inside against his much smaller physical specimen, it turns ugly quick.

    Gonzalez TKO8
Yuri is too smart and savy for Gonzalez imo, he'd counter his head off and take less punishment imo. It goes the distance tho for Gonzalez to lose.

    Arbachakov UD15
Great fight, I'll take a Gonzalez UD.
He outworks and lands Johnson imo to take a clear, but competitive decision.
Zapata at his best (which I'm assuming is the Chang fight) was a slippery fighter who threw alot, I think he'd manage to win rounds of his own and make it very difficult for Gonzalez but I'd say that Roman manages to consistently land straight rights and would eventually take a long hard earned decision. He is a bad style for Zapata and it would show.

Watch the Pone Kingpetch 1 match for Harada at Fly. He was much rawer then, still a great left though, but what he lacked in refinement here he made up with in raw physicality. He just mauls Kingpetch.
