Sort of dissapointed with the result but hey, Gonzales is still only 22 or something. Going 12 rounds will help him in the long run. Gonzales was fighting a Mexican in Mexico against a guy who's never been stopped, so not as bad as I thought.
Me too. Maybe the closeness of the results are down to his opponent being a Mexican? To be honest, as reported above, he'd never been stoped either, so I don't think this is an 'exposing' as some like to put it. Anyone who looked that good in Niida's hometown must be good. Just eager to see him fight and see him progress, got it in m mind he's a phenom!
