Outside of Roman beating Estrada again, what's really left for Roman @ Flyweight? Segura is done. Viloria is probably close to being done. Reveco is a pretender. I'd like to see him go to Argentina and beat the living hell out of Narvaez in front of his home crowd and show the world how all of those defenses Narvaez has don't amount to a hill of beans.

    112 is freakin packed!

Estrada is the key of course, the Reveco/Yodmongkol winner would be interesting, Ruenroeng would be interesting, lets see where Inoue comes up (112/115?), Ioka

Dude, ROman has alot of competition in his current division imo...

I dont know why people are underestimating Viloria but physically, he still has it.. IF he puts his tools together, he can give ROman all kinds of problems..

Estrada also has made alot of progress since their first meeting and im positive that a rematch with Roman would be fireworks..

True, Segura and Raveco are non threats.. Maybe they should fight each other..

Narvaez is boring and Roman beats him.. I dont see this as an intriguing matchup...

Naoya Inoue should be moving up soon and just by the eyeball test, I can see him giving Roman all he can handle, maybe even beat him...

I honestly think that Inoue has more potential than Roman...

And Kazuto IOka VS Roman would be cool too..

let's not act like Roman Gonzalez is some dominat fighter of his division.. He can fight better opposition and there are plenty of them at 112..

Agreed. I'd rather one of the best fighters in the world stay put at the current best division in the world.

However, a W over Narvaez would indeed be a great one.

Eh..I want to see him move up and kick arse. There's no doubt in my mind he would batter Narvaez.

I've been watching Roman since his fight with Niida. And I've been watching boxing since the early 80's.

Not only is Roman Gonzalez an elite and dominant fighter in his division, he has credentials that warrant as high of a "P4P ranking" as #2 in the world right now... saying quite a bit for a guy who has fought from 105-112.

TBF Roman hasn't dominated at 112. He's only fought a handful of bouts there and only fought 1 top guy there...

I had him unranked entirely AT FLYWEIGHT entering the Yaegashi fight, for what that's worth.

TBR and RING had him at #1 or #3, but failed to recognize that he had barely fought at 112.

I watched Roman Gonzalez vs Juan Estrada the other day, and it was a very good fight. Gonzalez didn't knock Estrada out and Estrada was throwing leather down the stretch. Worth a rematch.
