According to the scene of boxing.

Nice to see Romanov getting a world title shot. Thought I'd post it in the Brit forum as most of us are familiar with Romanov and he's fought in the UK a few times.

How do you think he'll do?

Excellent match up. I think Guzman will stop him late if he can rediscover his form.

I think he's only had one fight at 135. He faced some guy in an eliminator after the Campbell farce.

guzman hasn't stopped anyone in a few years and he's fighting at a higher weight against someone with a decent chin.

Yeah, Guzman is more or less feather-fisted at LW. He didn't even stop anyone at 130 I think.

Good point but Yuri's been out of the ring nearly a year, never a good thing. Especially when going in with someone as good as Guzman.

    Great fight!
I've been waiting for Romanov to fight again i've only seen him fight against Thaxton .I love the way he anchors his feet and launches those scything blows

Should be an excellent fight if it comes off.

Both been very inactive though but I think Romanov can win on points :good

Guzman was a big puncher. Seems to have left his power behind at 122 thought.

I take Guzman via comfortable UD.

Guzman will win every round. Bad fight for Romanov.

I reckon Guzman will hammer him. Styles. Romanov is a text book boxer and a good puncher. But he won't be able to dictate the action. Guzman is going to be very slippery, slick, fast. I think Romanov is going to be falling short with his jab and his whole game will fall apart off that as he'll be reaching in. Guzman will take advantage hitting him with combinations and then on his bike.

I'm a little bit sad because Romanov is a good fighter, even at world level I believe. But he's really drawn the short straw here as far as opponent and I think he's gonna look bad.
