LOL Really? As if Rolly is a humble dude. Something doesn't seem right.

It took him almost 6 full rounds to 'set up' stepping back and throwing a lefthand while Rollies throwing?

Regardless, it doesn't erase the fact that Tank was uncomfortably losing some rounds in a competitive fight.

If you don't see that then we simply saw two different things. Not uncommon in boxing.

I didn't see any arrogancy from Romero during the fight.

Who cares how long it took? He knocked him out in 6 rounds with ONE shot.
Losing rounds or setting someone up to get knocked out?

Tank actually landed slightly more shots of all counts at much higher efficiency.

Your logic is basically who cares what happens in the fight if it ends in KO lol. Which is irrelevant to the point and also doesn't substantiate your comment that Romero did nothing in the fight.

And you can believe it took Tank 6 rounds to set a basic fighter like Rollie up if you'd like... and him losing rounds was 100% down exclusively to some sort of strategy lol... personally I think its clear he was getting effectively pressured in a few rounds and was uncomfortably trying to find his groove, which he started to do.

Props to Tank for staying focused and setting up a fight ender but the notion Rollie did nothing and that he played no part in throwing Tank off is just ridiculous to me.

    To each their own though.

He said he was very strong so Tank was being cautious.
Big difference in say getting beat up for 10 rounds and then landing the ko punch then putting someone on ice in 6 rounds.
I gave Rolly 2 rounds and that's it. It wasn't like he was beating the hell out of Tank and Tank closed his eyes and threw a shot.

Evidently so. This said, it's only a matter of time before Davis's fragile mandible gets blasted into a million pieces.

Tank certainly seems to get caught flush too often.

What about the logic styles make fights? Loma lost to Salido. Mayweather was given hell by Castillo. Both generational talents. Why people are acting like it was some big thing that a top fighter lost some rounds to a crude, yet game, hunger fighter is odd. It's boxing, you really don't expect a fighter to win every minute of every round do you?

    Of course not.

This discussion started because he replied to me saying Rolly 'did nothing'... which is ridiculous.

Only a very biased fan would say Rolly didn't do anything. Pressure + power is very persuasive. Rolly has both. He just couldn't get o Tank.
