Hi folks Wondering what you think of Mr Ron Liston’s form and technique here. Looks fine to me - in fact, quite aesthetic but still 100% practical. Ron also highlights key ingredients to throwing the punch. I’ve practiced to emulate this technique on my heavy bag at home - is it a good technique to adopt and commit to? Below the first link is another clip of Ron repeating the right hand over and over at the request of onlooker and friend, George Chuvalo. Again, Ron’s right hand looks very sweet imo.
