    Brutal fight. Bowe was the better boxer. He has to get his ass off the canvas to win this... but he does, late round stoppage by Bowe.

    For once I can side with you on this one. Golata was good but not great. Riddick could very well have potentially sat Andrew on his ass had he been motivated..and I hate making excuses for grown men but I think had he been at his best Golata wouldn't nearly have had just a lucky night with big daddy

    Just me though

    Physically, I saw more talent from Golota than Lyle. Mentally, well....we all know the stories

    Physically, Golota was a greater talent. He was faster and stronger than Bowe, beat him on the jab all night. Million dollar body… 10 cent mind.

    Bowe was tougher and less mentally fragile.

    I think Riddick was much better and faster and would stop Lyle in seven or eight ..

    Golata was a roided freak .. Bowe was so shopworn by then .. a prime Bowe crushes him ..

    Foreman Lyle has to much power for Bowe , big KO for Lyle.

    Bowe had far superior skill than Lyle possessed. If he could remain disciplined and not engage in a slug fest like he was prone to do, I see him winning rather easily. However that is a big if as Bowe tended to get drawn into trading, if that occurs Lyle's chances go up significantly. I still see Bowe winning but it's a matter if he goes the easy route or the hard route.
    As for Golota- he was a gifted fighter that was extremely dirty, erratic and chose to utterly self destruct in every big fight he ever fought. When he fought Bowe, Bowe was already in the stages of a fast decline. I do beleieve though that if Golota had his head screwed on tightly he could of been a top 5-10 heavy of the 90s.
