I have a different story. They were wrestling holding the whole fight and Ronald went down awkwardly and the fight was stopped.

    Sad.

I reckon boxing will ruin him, he should hang em up and pursue something else in life.

    FFS. :patsch

Why do they keep pushing this kid into the ring? He is not the Hitman. He isn't even adequate as a Hitboy.

Far chinnier than his dad and nowhere near as talented.

    Get him out of boxing!

Stretcher happened, yes or no? I can't imagine how it would've been needed the way you describe it, unless we're talking a freak ankle injury or something.

I have to agree and I am a big fan of Tommy. I heard it was an awkward push and he went down on his neck, but this article says a legit knockout. So I don't know. But if it was because of punches, Ronald Hearns should retire.

stretcher did happen. I saw the pictures and he had a neck brace on, but I talked to someone who was there via email and he said it was an awkward fall and not a TKO. So I don't know. Probably he was stopped if the article says it was a TKO

If the OP is true, then this is truly a shame. States with smaller athletic commissions really need to step in and make sure a fighter like Hearns (who has been badly KO'd in his last 2 fights) are not medically cleared to enter a ring. Ronald has no business in a pro ring right now, I truly hope he's okay, and there aren't any lasting injuries.

someone who was at the fights emailed me it. So I don't know Sounds like he was knocked out or it will go down in the records as that. If he was knocked out by punches I don't see the point in boxing anymore. 3 knockouts in a row.

Findley is actually somewhat legit, despite his shitty looking record.

He can both take and deliver a mean hit.

Still, this should be the nail in the coffin of Ron's career.
