Last night was the first time I've seen Ronald Hearns fight. Being a huge Tommy Hearns fan myself it was interesting to see this guy in action and I was pretty impressed. What are your thoughts on him?

He looks pretty good for no amateur experience. He works the jab well, chin holding up so far, great reach, pretty good speed, average power, and learning how to time his opponents.

I would say right now when he peaks he will be a top contender, but sadly I don't think he will ever be a world champion even though I would like him to follow in his Dad's footsteps. He is still learning though so you never know.

Yeah he should fight at middleweight. I don't see how someone 6'3 can make 154, but then again he has his fathers genes.

Yeah, it seems to be all in the build, I'm 6'3 and still only 168 after about 6 months of barely any excercise - not sure about making 154 but it wouldn't be out of the question.
