...a great? He was a karate champion and won gold at the military games in the amateurs, but details on his exact kickboxing record (as far as which matches were amateur or pro) are very murky and hard to come by. He doesn't exactly have a jam-packed ATG resume in kickboxing. He was successful, yeah, and is often cited as having been a six time champ (purportedly twice in the amateurs, same as Marco Huck, and 4x "professionally") but who's the best he beat? Guys like Attila Levin? Pele Reid wasn't the only person to knock him out. van Roosmalen's father did, too. Hunt, on the other hand, participated in K1 against some of the best in the world and has a thoroughly documented record of mixed success against them, with multiple solid victories in his World Grand Prix appearances. I'd say his kickboxing resume takes a giant crap all over Vitali's to be honest.
I'm not sure who'll win the rematch, because i'll be very surprised if Ronda comes charging in like that looking for punches. Ronda probably be looking for submissions next time concentrating on takedowns, more so than punches. I think Ronda was trying too hard to look spectacular and recieved a spectacular knockout in the process.
She can't change her game. Holm is just as strong as her and a better boxer. I don't see things changing, but she deserves a rematch, and Holm knows it. Make dat money Holm!
Ronda can change her game, because she's known for her grappling and submissions, not for her boxing. She tried to outbox the kickboxer, and that alone was pretty stupid. If Ronda comes forward like she did the last time, then yeah of course it'l be de-ja vu for her.
Oh look BlizzyBlizz is on here today trying make up for.... clearly not seeing it last night yet pretending like he knew how and why the KO happened and not knowing who Holly Holm was and now pretending like he does after IB called him out on it.:rofl Comedy Gold.
IB, the posters who lie on this site should automatically be banned. I'm going to hold you to that from this day forward too.:good
