Cuarto attempting to bumrush him repeatedly, but Arvin picking him off fairly effectively, with sharp uppercuts and straight lefts.

Cuarto a lot more cautious, he's wary of the power. Arvin landing uppercuts and lefts to the stomach, then a clean straight left on the button, Cuarto goes down. Cuarto selling out now, swinging for the fences, but Arvin still landing the cleaner counters.

Cuarto trying to crowd him, steadily walking him into the ropes, but Arvin's high guard is tight, and he's rolling with the rest, Arvin back to landing sharp counters, but Cuarto countered him with a left hook. Cuarto sitting down on shots in the corner, Arvin blocking them, and landing vicious uppercuts to teh body, Cuarto backs off looks hurt.

Steady pressure from Cuarto, Arvin patiently walking him into straight lefts. Arvin is very hard to him clean for a 19 year old, but Cuarto probably had his best round, still wasn't quite enough.

Arvin super focused, nails Cuarto with a straight left to the head, hurts him. Backs away, clips him with a few more lefts. Cuarto pressures, lands several rights. Now Arvin turns the tides, starts walking him down, battering him with lefts and heavy jabs. Not a bad round from Cuarto though, he had his moments.

Huge right hook knocks Cuarto off balance, Arvin attempts to follow up, Cuarto stabilizes. Cuarto flurries, little lands. Arvin slips, almost does a split in the corner, Cuarto capitalizes, Arvin back to jabbing, cracks him with a right hook. Most of Cuarto's shots are landing on the gloves. Cuarto goes down late, it's ruled a slip. Not sure if it was.

Someone needs to tell these moronic commentators that the punches have to actually land for them to count. They're acting like everything Cuarto throws is a landed shot, and they are landing.... on Arvin's forearms. Arvin lands a nasty looping left, followed by a right hook. Cuarto throws right back, lands a right. Arvin hammering him with the jab, but Cuarto is slipping the lefts more and more. Still Cuarto not landing much.

Arvin comes out very aggressive, really sitting down on some heavy hooks and uppercuts to the body, whipping in lefts around the high guard. Cuarto lands a decent left of his own. Cuarto has some success in the middle, but Arvin comes roaring back ad baters him with one twos late.

 

The commentators thought that was a good round for Cuarto. Shameless whores.
