I think people views of divisional strength are way too colored by what gets showcased on their local TV. Internationally MW is a very strong division, but other than GGG there arent really many MW fights on US TV with the viewers being told constantly how good the division is. People also get used to watching one division, and think that high level skill should look the same in all divisions. ----- As far as Rosado goes, his problem is he does not know who he wants to be. In terms of style or weight. That, and his default style as much as he has one is pressure fighter - but he does not punch well enough, or cut the ring well enough to be an elite level pressure fighter. I did think he looked a lot better at 160, probably because he wasnt killing himself over weight and a bit of extra lean size put a bit more pop in his punch. He needs to figure out what his best strengths are and build a style around them.
Hes a decent fighter . He took J leon Love "0" and kicked his ass in front of the whole TMT and was robbed . But then again no one thinks highly of Love , so that win probably don't mean much .
I think he's c level fighter. When he steps up against the best of his division, or a rising fighter he loses. His record looks so bad because he always fights the top names in his division. He's fought four undefeated guys in a row, nobody does that. He'd be wise to fight guys like geale and macklin, those are winnable fights.
He's tough, but he's not a puncher at 160, he should stick to 154 and ko some guys there. He doesnt have ring IQ. He doesnt have a difficult style. At best he's a journeyman, but it's always good to watch him fight. He'll give it all
