    HBO should try to force that fight then. Alvarez/Cotto would be quality. And.. it's Mexico/Puerto Rico again!

    Cotto would beat Canelo handily at this point wherever it's held in my opinion.

    I agree, I think Cotto has far too much class now for this young version of Alvarez. But it's a far better prospect than Cotto/Chavez Jr.

    Great performance by Cotto, he looked completely drained after that. What an atmosphere and pace! :ibutt

    Didn't see if the fighters spoke or aknowledged each other after and will be interesting to hear what Cotto says about Margarito's punches.

    It looked pretty similar to the first fight except without damage to the face of Cotto this time and with Margo's bionic eye coming into play. It looks suspicious for Margarito after this, Cotto fought a great fight but you'd expect Margarito to mark him up a bit more.

    Same fight as the last time except margo can't apply pressure the same made up hw got done he's a disgrace to the sport

    I'm another wide awake.

    I know people will laugh but I'd like to see Manny v Cotto again with Cotto being cleverer and fighting the way he did tonight. There are those that think Cotto was cheated against in his two loses.

    To be fair on Cheato, he did catch Cotto early and busted up his nose, .... possibly before the plaster had set :lol:
