We get an inside look at Ross Pearson's preparation for his UFC 134 fight with undefeated Brazilian Edson Barboza, which takes place on August 27th.

The Sunderland fighter details his some of his strength and conditioning training, as well as his supplementation and diet.

You given Ross a chance Stoo? His stand up will have to be much better than what he showed against Miller.

Cole was always looking for the TD so tht's one less thing he will have to worry about.

And he dealt with Siver's kicks too.

I'm a Pearson fan so I'll be supporting him. Pearson comes to fight but has some talent and some skills to boot.

He was actually winning the stand-up exchanges until he got clipped. Ross has better hands than Barboza, but admittedly Edson is probably a more versatile striker. Should be a good fight.

Pearson adjusted to Millers height but then he got clipped. Pearson has good hands. He might not hve Barbozas kicks but hes got the footwork to negate more versatile strikers.

Barboza is a good fighter but he likes to set himself. In between setting himself he is bouncing about. If Ross can get his timing and range right then he could engage and disengage at the right times.

Really? I thought Miller took the first easy. Not seen the fight in a while now but I can remember Ross improved in the 2nd before he got caught but I wouldn't say he was winning the exchanges. Should be a good fight anyway as people have said Ross comes to fight and make it exciting.

Ross was definitely coming into his rhythm and landing more in the second. Can't remember anything of note really in the first if I'm honest!

Ross is going to get ****ed up. Unless he has success with takedowns/top control, but I doubt that he will go that route.
