what question ffs..its an embarressment to even think sanders was wlads best opponent..and you know that..any thing to hate tho ey...sanders was a gd fighter..he was never great..he was however very dangerous if underestimated..nothing more nothing less.now please wise up

The question was along the lines of; if wlad's best opponent isn't sanders then who is? (although it wasn't really worded as a proper question)

And yer your right about the stoppage. His eyes were completely shut, but considering it was halfway through round 11 they should have let him continue :good

 

There's probably about a 100 different combinations that people would agree with but I'll do my best

1. Byrd - Although beaten by Ike he was pretty much in his prime at this point and showed afterwards that he was one black slick mo****a
2. Sanders - This was about as good as Sanders ever looked and looked like he was about to live up to his full potential. Although he didn't this was certainly a prime Corrie Sanders
3. Chagaev - Not quite at his best but was still undefeated hpand was a class fighter (wins over Valuev Skelton and Ruiz proved this) undefeated aswell at this point and got dominated start to finish.
4. Peter 1st fight - slightly out of shape but he showed before and after that he was one of the best of the era even when he was horrendously out of shape
5. Haye - Looked in pristine condition and showed his slickness and speed. Although his questionable chin was tested, due to Haye's approach to the fight and his unwillingness to throw showed how good Wlad's D was

 

A focussed in shape Douglas only showedup every once in a blue moon.
Purity is all wrong for him too style wise, i doubt Dougles could box a smart disciplinned fight trying to win a comfy UD (which is what he should try)
He mostly likely gets worn down and stopped though.

sanders win over wlad was great for him but lets face it..wlad made a bubu and tryed to slug with him in the first rounds and got blown away..he gave away every advantage he had and didnt do his homework on him and rightfully lost.anyone eho sees it differently is a hater..sorry but its true..

i would agree with that. although i could live with chag and peter being swapped round due to what wlad came back from the knock downs to win the fight.

 

Not seen it, only heard it was a somewhat controversial cut stoppage :think
