Foreman wins this obviously but I can actually see a prime Ross giving a 70's George a good fight. Purity had a sturdy set of whiskers, solid punch, decent size and wasn't afraid to fight anybody. He wouldn't be easily intimidated and could take a lot of Foreman's best shots. He also had the power to fire back with.

George gassed out due to the extreme heat and humidity in Zaire, plus no way could Purity withstand what Foreman threw that night without some sort of rope-a-dope which is unlikely.

George lays him out, it's only a matter of time.

I can't imagine anyone called Ross losing to a George.
Not in any sort of a fight.
It's just one of those things. I can't say it could never happen, but we all know it kind of couldn't.

    In Zaire, there's no telling.

Foreman by mid rounds stoppage. Purity takes a beating and his face puffs up, forcing the stoppage. Ross was tough, but George would have no trouble finding him. George would be able to take anything Ross landed on him.

Foreman's jab would be his key weapon here. As said, Purrity was a big strong guy who was durable, so it would make sense for George to use the jab to create openings and set up his power shots.
George had clubbing power and generally he needed to soften guys up before knocking them stiff.
I guess Purrity has s slight chance, but a Foreman who paces himself should win without too much difficulty.

Wlad was winning going away but made the mistake of fighting at a fast pace and unluckily for him he punched himself out. There is a chance Big George also falls into this trap, but I think if this happens he has the durability to hold on if hurt.

But it's quite interesting because young George wasn't good at pacing himself and he had no concept of self-preservation. There is a small chance the tough Purrity could exploit that.

foreman would end it max 3 rounds.

obviously on planet kliturd, ross was a misunderstood atg number 3 (behind the K bros).

Ross would withstand foremans punches and be able push the lighter fighter backward..foreman relied on size more than anything throughout his career...I like purity at around 6'2 and 250 to hold his own.foreman wont be able to intimidate Purity here,as far as skill goes foreman is clearly not all that technical so I don't see how that's even relevant, not to mention purity had the better chin than that version of Foreman.

Lol. Ross lost to many average fighters, he's not in the same class as foreman. Foreman wins this in 4 rounds or less. Tommy Morrison really shook Ross up with a left hook early in their fight when he Tastes Foreman's power its good night. If he doesn't get put to sleep he'll be taking a terrible beating and the fight will be stopped.

Ross, the guy who destroyed prime wlad in single figure rounds, gets destroyed in less than that in turn by Foreman.

its odd to see an ATG compared with a journeyman.

Does this thread have something to do with Ross destroying Wlad, a terribly transparent attempt to compare the Wlad to an ATG?

Not at all. Its about making interesting fights that could be potentially entertaining.
