Let’s take the Ross Purity who was on a decent streak in the late 90s vs the best version of Peter which I’m guessing was 2005. Think this would be a nice slug fest
I would go with Peter in a sloppy, but, occasionally entertaining slugfest. I don't think a lot of Peter. But, his ceiling was definitely higher than Puritty's was.
Ross was in my opinion a bit too slow and his workrate kinda low. I think Peter would win on workrate. Both these guys have huge power and great chins, but Ross' chin is next-level. I guess there's a possibility that Peter gets caught by something big and is switched off, but it would be Peter on points for me.
Sam Peter used to have a saying for when he traveled the world and made speeches: Ich bin ein Berliner Loosely translated from his native Nexxese, that means: You are what you eat. Sam Peter would eat Ross and BECOME the boss.
