    I was considering how to describe Ross when I came across your comment, you have put it perfectly. I think he could have been much better with superior management,but he lacked something mentally, perhaps he did have the cliché ,sparring partner mentality.

    Ross the Boss just didnt take himself seriously. He literally didnt know just how good he was & could have been
