Taguchi drops Rossel in round 8, he's WELL ahead on the cards now and down again in round 9

Complete shut out through 11 with 2 rounds being 10-8. We will have a new WBA Light Flyweight champion in about 4 minutes!

    I predicted Taguchi UD.
Maybe it ends on a KO

But according to Intentional Butthead, these bouts didn't matter. I tried to tell his dumbass that these fights were going to be well contested but in all of his arrogance he refused to accept the notion. Intentional Butthead was very adamant that Inoue-Narvaez was the ONLY fight worth mentioning for the rest of the year and we saw how pathetically Narvaez showed. He was basically a 10-1 underdog vs. Inoue and it showed. IB should just man up and admit that he was wrong but he won't.

I'm pretty sure IB was referring to the race for Fighter of the Year... in which case he is absolutely correct.

If he literally said these fights are irrelevant, which I doubt he did, then I disagree with him. I'm sure he meant "mismatch" more than "irrelevant" even if that extreme played out, which I doubt, because IB is among the most hard core fans and appreciates fights like these two cards tonight.

I was pretty impressed with Taguci but I expected to be, I rate him pretty highly.

Ishida fight over, Ryo fight over, Ioka, Takayama and Rigondeaux left...

TYC Sports will be showing the Uchiyama fight, but I'm not sure about Kono fight. Not sure what time either as I don't speak Spanish.

A few complaints on twitter from Japanese fans *****ing about TBS delaying their footage. Well deserved complaints, it was known TV Tokyo were showing on tape delay WEEKS ago
