This sucks. I really wanted to see Crocop fight Rothwell. If he couldn't beat Rothwell he needs to retire.

  3. This sucks, Rothwell being a draw for me.

Either way, should be a good night in Sydney for old Mirko Crocop.

This was definitely one of of the more interesting fights for me...what a bummer.

I'd rather they cancel Crocop's fight and put him in against a live fighter at the next event.

This fight does nothing for Crocop or the fans.

Cro Cop was done, physically and mentally, a long time ago.

Look at every single fight he's had since Gonzaga. People have been saying the same thing - this is his last chance to prove he has something left.

Mr Cop is at the stage of his career where he's fighting Kevin McBride and losing.

You're correct - but Junior Dos Santos has proved to be a legitimate contender and threat to anyone. However - if Crocop loses to this last minute replacement tomorrow night - then his career is over.

Watching Crocop is like watching Tyson. You still believe he can end that fight ending blow at any given moment in a match and suddenly the hands of time will have turned back. Sadly even Iron Mike was eroded by time and Crocop appears to be suffering the same fate.

I keep hoping Crocop will unleash that killer left high kick one last time and give the UFC a highlight reel other than one of Crocop being knocked out by Gonzaga.

if cro cop loses to perosh, he should just retire. he'll be hurting his legacy if he keeps fighting and losing to bums.

CC is a one trick pony, he has been left behind like Hughes,Tito,Tim etc. Only having one main weapon these days makes it difficult to win against well rounded fighters.
People know about the "LHK" so they fight to avoid his strengths and when they do he is nothing special.

  12. Mirko was a let down tonight, he looks defeated.

He is damn lucky he wasn't in there with Rothwell. Pls retire you old legend.

Mirko looked just fine what else did you want him to do ? He easily sprawled every single Perosh takedown attempt and hurt him several times including several KDs. Dont blaim him for Perosh constantly butt flopping and backing up. Cro Cop vs Nogueira II why the hell not ?

  14. Crocop lacked enthusiasm of a champ, he was flabby and body language not of a winner.

Either way, peroish was a serious mismatch for crocop.
