Interesting that it's panned out with three winners against three losers. It's conceivable that everyone could have one win and one loss after the second round.
It looks like Ward got the easiest draw. Dirrell got screwed. He had to fight Froch in England, next he fights Abraham, then he has to fight Ward. Ward never leaves the U.S, he fought a guy in Kessler who was tailor made for him, and Jermaine Taylor is a shell of himself. Dirrell will be Ward's toughest fight.
Taylor won't win one fight in the tournament. Froch is the only guy in the field that Taylor can beat.
im supporting JT all the way here too. Dirrell should be able to outbox Abraham, while Froch should beat Kessler IMO
Possible if it weren't for Taylor-Ward. I just don't think Taylor will have anything left. I hope not but I think he's probably finished.
Kessler Froch should be the best fight. Abraham Dirrell probably boring Abraham very defensive opens up later in the fight so until he opens up it will be Dirrel running and Abraham covering but then a string finish when Abraham leaves his shell. Ward will have an easy night whether it is Taylor or a replacement
My first rounds predictions were: Abraham over Taylor Dirrell over Froch (should have been) Ward over Kessler Second Round: Kessler over Froch Abraham over Dirrell (torn on this one) Ward over Taylor (or Green, et al.)
Abraham knocks Dirrell out. Jermain decisions Ward. (I am picking this one with my heart, I just want Jermain to win a title again) Kessler UD Froch.
