The Mayweather corner was exemplary at the end of that round. So poised and relaxed. Floyd wanted payback; he wasn't worried about getting caught like that again. He was tryna even that **** up. :bbb

He shut Shane out from then on, but I thought Rounds 1 and 2 were pretty interesting in a different way. Good fight tonight from two great fighters.

Floyd's chin is not top class. Someone with speed, power and excellent stamina will tap that chin.

    How so?

Considering that the shot earlier in the round hit Floyd square on the chin and he did not do the wobbly dance.

The one that made him dance was the temple shot.

I would say thats a top class chin.

after the third heavy right landed, I thought Shane's choice of shots was pretty poor. He could have ended it right there.

Floyd was actually hit in the chin and then near the ear section (just below the temple). Look at the slow mo at the start of the video here.

The punch was on and above the ear, Mosleys hand is angled and thats a temple shot.

No he didn't wobbly dance, but he hung on to Mosely's arm for dear life to keep from it.

Two things after seeing the video again -

    1. The first right hand was huge and flush on the chin. The live replay showed it. Mayweather took this punch pretty well to me. However, the right hand to the temple is the one that clearly stunned him.

    2. Shane was throwing more than enough. He did the best he could after the temple shot landed. Floyd just knows how to respond when he's hurt/buzzed. He knows how to keep opponents from putting shots together on him.

Floyd even threw back throughout those moments, even on the inside. This round was very telling. So was Round 4 in the Chop Chop Corley fight. Floyd is a warrior in the truest sense.

I guess where his legs where his legs were unstable and he couldn't stand straight doesn't exist.

He's not a Warrior, guys like Gatti were warriors.

Floyd showed some toughness. Let's not get ahead of ourselves.

The temple shot made him dance a little bit, the first shot didn't hurt him. Not in my opinion.
