Whe the **** was Ortiz butting so much is what I want to know. He tried to be dirty to get the job done and all it did was **** Floyd off.

I'm not surprised Ortiz got beat the way he did. Protect yourself at all times. It is in the damn rules the ref goes over with the fighters before every match. You don't score a KO round if you're official press, that's just not how it works.

Ortiz was landing combos in the center of the ring and pushing Floyd to the ropes. He was winning that round.

 

Dude they showed the sequence in slow mo like 15 times for people that don't catch on fast. Did you watch?

 

Floyd was up on the cards 4-0 with a 10-8 4th...maybe 3-1 with a 10-8..

Floyd took the 4th round as well....He tee'd off on Victor for the first 30 seconds and then won the rest of the round...

Got hit with 2-3 punches (in a 7-8 punch combination) and was back in that defensive shell on the ropes laughing at victor...

Round 2 was Ortiz' best round.

If anything, Floyd was already starting to dominate Ortiz on round 4.
Ortiz had his moments (and don't worry about these blind fan boys who can't acknowledge that Ortiz DID land 2 solid punches on Floyd that caused him to back up on the ropes) but the round was still Floyd's.
Who knows, if the headbutt and classless act of Floydie didn't happen, Ortiz might've turned the round to his favor (unlikely BUT possible), but we will never know.

No one is denying ortiz landed two good shots, what we are denying is up to the point of the headbutt ortiz was losing the round.

 

Mosley landed huge right hands. Ortiz landed a right hand that didn't do ****. Ortiz was backing up and cirlcing away from Floyd for most of the damn round. A little Flurry and headbut towards the end don't mean he was winning the round. TS is a moron.

 

I felt the fight was nicely shaping up.

Both guys robbed us of some good moments.
