those left hooks to the body are working but he needs to stop throwing every punch like a hail mary.

shumenov is just not doing enough. he throws really hard, misses/or his punches are blocked, then backs up. campillo walks him down and hits him with combos. shumenov is not impressing me at all.

the only way shumenov wins this fight is if he lands something big, imo.

i think he's gonna get KO'd in the later rounds.

For anyone who didn't see it, Archie Ray Marquez vs. Derrick Campos on Shobox was actually a pretty good dust-up. I just watched it on DVR, since there's no FSN on New England Comcast; and Comcast Sports Net is airing Shumenov-Campillo II tomorrow night at 11pm. Great. :!:

either way shumenov's getting his ass kicked and i dont know what the hell this anouncers talking about saying that shumenov would be a handful for any LHW.

i thought shumenov only won the first. how these announcers are still on shumenov's nuts giving him 3 or whatever rounds i can't understand. he's barely landed a clean punch and campillo's tagging him at will.

 

I have Comcast Chicago and it's on right now. Campillo is a damn good boxer. Shumenov needs to add some elements to his game before he thinks about becoming a champion.
