The way he's been fighting, I wouldn't have any problems picking Campillo over Cloud at this point. He's just dishing out a lesson now.

 

well, so much for shumenov being one of the top dogs at LHW. i'm surprised he's still in this fight.

very impressed by campillo. great defense, throwing a lot of very accurate punches on the inside and outside, strong, good stamina... putting a straight up ass whooping on shumenov. bobbling his head around like crazy right now.

 

this fight has got to be devastating for shumenov's confidence. he's been throwing everything he's got at campillo all fight and campillo's just walked right through it without blinking.

 

hell yeah, the vasquez/marquez trilogy's on espn classic right after this. :happy

pretty good scrap overall, and it's hard not to be impressed with the way Campillo handled himself tonight. The guy just keeps surpassing expectations every time he steps in the ring. That dude's not going to be an easy out for anybody currently at that weight.
